ICU professor of international relations and Rethinking Peace Studies participant Giorgio Shani is set to deliver a talk tomorrow evening at Rutgers University. The talk is titled “Human Security at 20: Civilizing Process or Civilizing Mission,” which is also the title of a paper Shani published in the E-International Relations Journal in June, 2014. It will begin at 7:30pm on Tuesday, March 24 on the 4th Floor of the Dana Library in Newark.
